Kid's bicycles for Christmas...Don't buy crap!
Переглядів 49Рік тому
Fed up, once again, by really sorry imported consumer goods, Jared gives his opinion and points out some serious issues common to new kids bikes. This Diamondback Tess weighed out at 27 pounds, which is more than lot of adult sized mountain bikes, and totally unacceptable for use by a 7 year old girl, no matter how tough or athletic she might be. Finding quality, affordable bikes for kids could...

Love it❤
Nice work. Be careful using cinder blocks under jacks like that.
Wow the best
What is the Over-All length?
Bemsiahaans
Wow so much wrong with this video from infection control side of things x
Do you make knives to order or just what you design?
Pretty much what I design, but I could do full custom too
@@sressentials really, that's awesome. Do you do parangs?
This is what the knife community needs!!
Would you make some with 15N20? it is very tough, and probably worth trying since toughness seems to be one of your primary goals in usage of banite 1095.
I skipped over things like 15n20 up to 3v. Tried o1 bainite, but it wasn't really any better than 1095. 3v seems to be the right stuff for swords like this.
@@sressentials I don’t really understand what you mean by “skipped over”. Assuming Larrin Thomas’s testing is valid, 15N20 is tougher than CPM-3V, especially in high hardness(60+Hrc). CPM-3V is very decent, but I would make an arguement that its higher wear resistance and lower toughness, relative to steel like 15N20,5160 ,S7(and banite 1095) ,each at their proper hardness, would induce difficulty in maintenance in relation to those steels mentioned.
I would need to test 15n20 for myself to really know the capabilities. I still have 1095 blanks and new 3V blanks for the new Kodiak pattern. I would consider making some test knives from 15n20. Bowies and other choppers, perhaps a new gladius or other designs that are easy to make from bar stock without enlisting waterjet service.
@@sressentials Awesome. The limiting factor of 15N20 is that it is primarily for band saw blades, thus often only offered in thin stock, coiled.
Happy birthday jared!
Happy birthday 🎂 my brother !!!
Excellent design and craftsmanship Jared 💪🏽
Hello, these are wonderful pieces. How much is Katana?
What are the specs on the ginunting including weight
I'll have to get back to you on that later this week. Computer model has that information
Beautiful. You ever thought of just putting two Drings on it and making a over the should type carry
That's a good idea. I will update the sheath to include some tie down holes
Looking good Jared
Can you make a sheath for a tops prather war bowie? Great idea bro
I wish i had time to do custom stuff, but i only make sheaths for my own designs unless it's a batch that is worth the trouble to make jigs for
Así voy hacerle a mi dos subaru 2002 y 2007....
do u have any more Anubis tomahawks left? ive been following since the beginning but never had the funds to toss at one. i sorta fell off for a sec.
I still have some of the new version. I'm going to shift back into knife making asap. LOTS of old (new) work to finish including tomahawk and sword blanks as well as lots of stuff that is already heat treated
@sressentials are they for sale?? I would like to grab one.

Obrigado por mostrar como uma oficina bagunçada ...kkkkkkk
Belleville says on the site related to this shoe be buy a size smaller.
Looking good Jared
Beautiful table
Dude you make some kick ass looking blade’s
I like that 3V tanto, finish it.
Looking good Jared
Those hangry possums spoken for? If not I'll take one!
email me sressentials@gmail, new version , no more hangry
Looking really good!
It’s great to see you’re still doing what you love all these years later
You still in business man? Been trying to find information on how to buy and I haven't been able to find anything.
Could it be worn on the waist and the blade and cord be pulled upward together?
the next generation Kodiak will have more sheath carry configurations. a drop leg waist rig is possible, the long handle makes it cumbersome to carry on the waist, however
I know this is from forever ago, but I can't even finish watching because of the guy talking and even if I mute it I'm still not going to watch an at home diy drainage of a hematoma.....this is so dangerous
I ordered an 11.5 and tried to snow myself into believing they fit. The problem is that my toes need to be a cupple milameters shorter. So tomorrow, I have a size 12 coming in.
Hey man I don't know what youre going through, but all the things that are happening in your life will make you stronger, just keep up the good work, and everything will be fine. Dont let the thoughts of the past or future change you. You're a bright man and I love your videos and ideas/inventions. Wish you all the best.
What happened
I love the room personally. I have a hard time finding shoes wide and tall enough. My feet are unfortunately girthy 😂
Hey what ever happened to the back knife sheath you were playing on making acouple years back, looked cool
Awesome
Always stuff to do Jared! Want to get lunch today?
Just found your site. I am now a fan. I look forward to purchasing a few. I love and use big blades on the daily
I'd love to sell you something some day when I get a few things finished. Life has been throwing monkey wrenches. I'm hoping to get back in real action during the summer.
@@sressentials divorced after 20 years, then lost my house to a mudslide shortly after, insurance did not pay a penny. Believe me I understand my key wrenches, lol. I look forward to it and good luck sir.
@@sressentials Sir please update your website, your works is too fucking awesome but your website is lacking
@@jeremyadams7872 I apologize for the website. My expertise in that area is limited, and my time has been drawn in other directions for too long. I'll make a point to try harder to get it fixed up this summer
I agree I can’t wait until you restock on your blades cause all of them look cool
Any idea if your going to sell a bowie knife soon or in the future?
I have some in progress. It's been a very squirrelly year and a half. Email me at sressentials@gmail.com to discuss.
Silky smooth 👌
Hmm. Clearly useful. Better than my idea of just using magnetic belt.
Awesome design
Should be Attention Deficit Bladeworks
You're absolutely right.
What exhaust did you end up buying , also wanted to say that you did an excellent job on the restoration of the suspension . I live in Ct. and I'm doing the same with my wife's 07 outback limited.
I haven't done the exhaust yet. I drove the car a while but i didn't properly torque or stake the axle nuts so the rear driver side nut backed off enough to ruin the abs sensor and therefore messing up the cruise control. Replacing the sensor didn't fix the problem so i think the magnetic pickup in the hub must have worn through too. Ive been driving another car but have new hubs ready to install. Without cruise control, it's not fun on the highway. This spring i hope to paint it and finish up the mechanical stuff aside from exhaust which is cost prohibitive. Hopefully I'll find a bargain on equal length headers and do a two into one. I can't understand why two into one into two is a thing.
Go Jared, go
OMG! Did you eat dinner on that table after that. Loved the newspaper.
